MLB.TV streams, explained: How to watch out-of-market 2024 baseball games live online

If there’s one thing that all MLB fans can agree on, it’s that it isn’t always easy to watch your favorite team.

But with 28 teams slated to open their 2024 seasons on Thursday, it’s worth remembering that MLB.tv may be your best option. The league’s primary streaming service provides every game outside of your local market during the regular season.

And on the eve of what seems primed to be a compelling MLB season, watching the games is as important as ever.

Here is everything you need to know about MLB.tv and how to watch your team on the platform.

Users can pay a one-time fee of $149.99 to watch all out-of-market games during the 2024 season. They can also opt for a monthly plan, costing $29.99 per month.

Or, if fans would rather buy a subscription just to watch a specific team, they can do so for $129.99. But, blackout restrictions still apply, so the specific team must be out of market.
