Zion Williamson trade rumors are swirling.
The Pelicans are sitting at home watching the NBA Playoffs, and their former No. 1 overall pick may not be one of their players much longer.
Another former New Orleans star, DeMarcus Cousins, believes he knows where Williamson should be trade.
Boogie’s pitch: Come and get Williamson, Detroit.
The Pistons, after making a 30-win improvement from a season ago, could make a huge statement of intent by getting Williamson.
“If they had Zion Williamson, they’re a different team,” Cousins said on FDTV. “They’re a totally different team. Even better than what they are right now. You replace Zion Williamson with Tobias Harris. That’s a totally different team.”

Injuries will always be a concern for Williamson, of course.
But when he’s on the floor, he remains one of the NBA’s most impressive players.
A pick-and-roll partnership between Cade Cunningham and Zion would be absolutely awesome, especially with Cade throwing some alley-oop lobs to the big lefty.
An acquiring team could also hope that Williamson has a few positive seasons of injury luck after so many tough breaks in his career from a health perspective.
The Pistons would likely have to pay a hefty price to get Williamson, but it could be worth it given where they sit in their contention timeline.
We’ll remember this Cousins prediction and pay attention to see how true it might become.
