Has Xander Schauffele won a major?
Schauffele has two majors wins in his career. His victory in the 2024 PGA Championship was the first major win of his career, and it came after a series of close calls by the 30-year-old golfer, and he followed that up with a win at the 2024 British Open.

Schauffele made his PGA Championship debut at Quail Hollow in 2017 and made the cut for the first time in the tournament the following year.
Schauffele managed his first top-10 finish at the PGA Championship during the pandemic-impacted 2020 tournament, and he didn’t finish top-10 again in the event until his breakthrough win in 2024.

Schauffele didn’t dominate at Royal Troon in 2024 quite like he did at the PGA Championship two months earlier, but 9-under par with the conditions was more than impressive.
With a newfound confidence after his PGA Championship win, Schauffele emerged from a pack of seven players separated by a single shot entering the final round and overtook Justin Rose over the final 18 holes to capture his second major victory of the year.
Schauffele matched his final round from the PGA Championship, shooting a 65 in improved conditions and winning by two strokes.
