Where to watch USA vs. Germany live stream, TV channel, start time for 2025 World Juniors hockey opening game

The United States interrupted Canada’s potential three-peat, winning the 2024 World Juniors in Sweden.

Team USA returns as the reigning champions and one of the favorites to win the 2025 gold medal. The tournament will take place in Canada this year, giving the home team a slight advantage to get back on track.

The competition kicks off on Thursday, Dec. 26 with the United States taking on Germany. This begins a six-day first round before the games enter the elimination round.
