The Dolphins are once again in a tough spot entering the 2025 season. Their peak is likely a wild card spot since they share a division with the Bills, who have won the last five AFC East titles.
Miami isn’t a bad team, but there are still a handful of question marks surrounding the roster, most notably regarding Tua Tagovailoa’s health. He has shown flashes of greatness when healthy, but multiple concussions have led to concerns about his ability to be the long-term answer at quarterback.
The rest of the offense is solid with Tyreek Hill, De’Von Achane and Jaylen Waddle at Tagovailoa’s disposal. However, the offense tanks when Tagovailoa isn’t on the field.
The defense improved last year, ranking 10th in points allowed and fourth in yards allowed per game. That unit also acquired Minkah Fitzpatrick in the offseason from the Steelers in exchange for Jalen Ramsey and Jonnu Smith.
