Bad Bunny has an important role in “Happy Gilmore 2,” as he plays Happy’s caddie.
In the first movie, Happy Gilmore enlisted the help of a homeless man named Otto to caddie for him on the tour. Otto knew nothing about the game of golf, creating a humorous dynamic as the caddie essentially learned about the game on the fly while caddying at the highest level.
For “Happy Gilmore 2,” Bad Bunny will play the role of Happy’s caddie, but that doesn’t appear to be his first job. The character wears a bow-tie throughout, hinting that he was a waiter before Gilmore enlisted his help to caddie.

Considering Bad Bunny has a prominent role in “Happy Gilmore 2,” he will likely appear throughout the movie.
Since Bad Bunny plays Happy Gilmore’s caddie, he will likely be on screen more than most, if not all, other non-acting celebrities who were cast in the movie. Allen Covert, who played Otto the caddie in the original “Happy Gilmore,” was listed as the sixth actor on the movie’s credit, showing his prominence.

A waiter by trade, Bad Bunny’s character brings his pepper grinder to the course thinking he will need it and demonstrating it’s use in front of Gilmore. Additionally, Gilmore has to tell his caddie to bring his clubs with him on the first hole, reminiscent of the similarly inexperienced caddie from the first movie.
