Tottenham vs. Leicester City lineups, expected starting 11, confirmed team news, injuries: Spurs out to sustain winning run

Tottenham will hope their UEFA Europa League victory at Hoffenheim sparks an upturn in form as they prepare to host Leicester City in the Premier League.

An injury-ravaged Spurs claimed an important 3-2 victory in Germany on Thursday to put them in with a strong chance of qualifying for the Round of 16.

It also came after dispiriting losses to Arsenal and Everton and eased some of the pressure on the shoulders of manager Ange Postegoclou.

There is no let-up on the scrutiny of Leicester and Ruud van Nistelrooy, though. The Foxes have lost seven league games on the bounce to leave them second-from-bottom of the table, and they are in desperate need of a result to kick-start their survival bid.
