The road to the NBA Finals was an entertaining one. Now, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Indiana Pacers, two teams that beat the best of the best, will meet to determine the 2025 NBA Champions.
Game 1 will be at the Paycom Center, the home of the Thunder, on June 5.
The Thunder are led by Mark Daigneault, the 2023-2024 Coach of the Year. The team swept the Grizzlies, beat the Nuggets in a thrilling seven-game series, and dominated a young Timberwolves team to make it to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2012.
Leading the team on the court is Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the NBA MVP. SGA has dominated all aspects of the court and is a scoring machine. Not only is SGA producing, but so are Williams and Chet Holmgren. Former Knick Isaiah Hartenstein has been great for the team, as has Alex Caruso.

The Pacers are coming off a series against the Knicks where Tyrese Haliburton and Aaron Nesmith looked like true superstars. With Reggie Miller on the call, Indiana made the ultimate comeback in Game 1 of the East Conference Finals and never looked back. It came after beating the Bucks and surprising doubters against the Cavaliers.
Veteran coach Rick Carlisle leads the Pacers. Joining Haliburton and Nesmith will be ECF MVP Pascal Siakam and Myles Turner.
