The Buffalo Bills are 3-0 after defeating the Miami Dolphins 31-21 on Thursday Night Football. With that said, the Bills’ defense did have their struggles against Miami.
The Dolphins had their way with Buffalo on third down, going 10-of-15 on third down conversions. The Bills couldn’t finish plays when they got to Tua Tagovailoa, specifically Greg Rousseau who finished the game with just one tackle, no sacks, and no hits on the quarterback. Head coach Sean McDermott spoke about Rousseau, and challenged him to be better going forward.
“Greg has had some good reps,” McDermott said. “And then there’s some other things that he would tell you he [wanted] to do better in the first three games. Going forward, we are gonna need that.”
The Bills rewarded Rousseau with a four-year, $80 million extension this past offseason. With that sort of pay day, the Bills expect more.
