The Baltimore Ravens began rookie minicamp this week and have also dished out jersey numbers to their 2025 NFL draft class. One of the more notable numbers is kicker Tyler Loop’s.
Kickers usually utilize numbers one through 19, but after the NFL relaxed rules on what numbers positions can wear, the rookie kicker is taking full advantage.
According to the team, Loop will wear No. 33, the same digits he wore in college. Normally, we’d expect a change from such an unusual number at some point, but Loop’s history with No. 33 might lead to him sticking with it.
Here’s a look at the jersey numbers for each of the team’s 11 draft picks.
Ravens rookie jersey numbers
S Malaki Starks – 24
EDGE Mike Green – 45
OL Emery Jones Jr. – 51
LB Teddye Buchanan – 40
OL Carson Vinson – 71
CB Bilhal Kone – 31
K Tyler Loop – 33
WR LaJohntay Wester – 83
DL Aeneas Peebles – 93
DB Robert Longerbeam – 37
OL Garrett Dellinger – 74
The Ravens begin their three-day rookie minicamp on Saturday, with the final day coming on Monday. On Sunday, the media is expected to have access to the session, so we’ll get our first on-field look at the 2025 draft class then.
Ahead of the start of rookie minicamp, the Ravens signed nine draft picks, a list that includes Jones Jr., Buchanan, Vinson, Kone, Loop, Wester, Peebles, Longerbeam and Dellinger.
That leaves just first-round pick Malaki Starks and second-round pick Mike Green as the only unsigned Ravens draft picks.
Along with the draft class, the Ravens will host their undrafted free agent signings and rookie minicamp invites this weekend. We could also see some roster moves once Baltimore gets a look at the group of first-year players.
