The Toronto Raptors didn’t waste much time getting their season rolling.
They took a lead after a quarter on the Atlanta Hawks, pulled away in the third and won the game, 138-118, to open the campaign with a win on Wednesday night in Atlanta.
In the process, the Raptors set a franchise record. This was the largest margin of victory in a season opener in franchise history, according to Sportsnet.
The Raptors had seven players score in double figures in the process.
