Rafael Nadal’s Davis Cup record
Nadal made his Davis Cup debut in 2004, in a straight-sets loss to Czech player Jiri Novak. That however, was the only time Nadal has lost a singles match in the competition.
He has helped Spain win the Davis Cup title five times – in 2004, 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2019.
Nadal’s last Davis Cup match was the 6-3, 7-6 (7) win over Canada’s Denis Shapovalov in the 2019 Finals, which secured Spain’s sixth title.
