General manager Howie Roseman is the genius that continues to build the Philadelphia Eagles from the top down, which is why he’s become the bane of every other NFL team’s existence.
For the past decade, the Eagles have been at the top of the NFL in terms of elite talent that they produce, whether that’s drafting stars like Jalen Carter, Jalen Hurts and Devonta Smith or picking up talents like Saquon Barkley or A.J. Brown through free agency and the trade market.
In fact, Philly has been so good over the last 10 years that four teams have had more All-Pro players than the Eagles.

Now, one of them is quite shocking in the Dallas Cowboys considering how little the team has managed to do with their 35 All-Pros, however, the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Rams are both perennial powerhouses.
The Baltimore Ravens obviously have star quarterback Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry, however, the Eagles did beat all four of those teams last season, including the Chiefs and Rams en route to winning the Super Bowl.
