The Green Bay Packers have a young offense but one that has the potential to be an explosive one, especially with the number of receivers and veteran running back at Jordan Love’s disposal.
Green Bay invested a 2025 first-round pick in Matthew Golden and a 2025 third-round selection in Savion Williams. These two players join a wide receiver group that includes Jayden Reed, Christian Watson, and Romeo Doubs. At the tight end position, there are Tucker Kraft and Luke Musgrave.
Although Watson is out to start the 2025 NFL season, Love has many options to throw the football on offense. Moreover, there’s Josh Jacobs on the ground, and the 27-year-old has high hopes for this Packers offense this upcoming season, as he stated in an interview with NFL Network.
“I think we can really do whatever we want, man,” Jacobs said. “We have so many weapons. We have to get some of these guys the ball. That makes it a lot easier for me, instead of having four-yard gains end up being six- to eight-yard gains. For me, man, I’m with whatever. Just as long as we win and we roll in, I’m with it.”

Jacobs will be looking to build off a 2024 season that saw him rush for 1,329 yards while recording 15 touchdowns. The former Las Vegas Raiders running back is heading into Year 2, but reflected on his first season with Green Bay as the offense looks to improve in 2025.

“I think it was a good fit because our coaches, they put a lot of our players in the best position possible to be successful,” Jacobs added. “But not only that, we have a young team, but this young team is very hungry. I think when you got a group of guys that’s hungry and that’s willing to work and put in extra time to be great and to be special, the sky’s the limit.”
Whether it’s through the air or on the ground, Green Bay can hurt the opposing defense in several ways. It will be interesting to see if that’s enough to win the NFC North this season and make a deep postseason run in the conference.
