Novak Djokovic net worth: Career earnings, prize money, for 3-time French Open champion

Novak Djokovic has his eyes set on history.

The current World No. 6 is tied with Margaret Court for the most Grand Slam titles in tennis history with 24.

If he is able to take the French Open championship for the fourth time, his resume would rise above any individual to pick up a tennis racket.

However, his start to 2025 doesn’t bode well for the former No. 1. Djokovic suffered a brutal injury in the Australian Open semifinals and hasn’t returned to form since.

He had an uncharacteristic three-match losing streak from the American hard court swing into clay court season. He finally broke it at the Geneva Open, where he eventually won the tournament over Hubert Hurkacz in three tough sets.

Djokovic, with some recent success under his belt, is set to take on a huge challenge at Roland-Garros.

The last time he was on the clay of Paris, he won Olympic Gold. Can he replicate that triumph this summer? The world anxiously awaits the answer to that question.

Novak Djokovic net worth

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Djokovic is worth $240 million (£189.3m).

His wealth mostly comes from on-court success and endorsements. According to the ATP, the Serbian has accumulated $186,969,188 in prize money from tournaments.

For reference, Celebrity Net Worth says Rafael Nadal’s net worth is $220 million, while Roger Federer is worth $550 million.

He’s won 24 Grand Slams and now 100 total titles after taking the Geneva Open.

A couple weeks ago he debuted a brand-new court in tandem with Lacoste in his home country.

Djokovic has also been the top brand ambassador for Lacoste since 2017. Before that he had partnerships with brands like Adidas, Under Armour, and Uniqlo.

The former World No. 1 has been outspoken about compensation in tennis. He says that top players like himself don’t have to worry, but there is a financial issue for lower tier players in the sport.

“When it comes to viable living, as many players as possible. I don’t think there should be any limit or number to that. Currently there is not enough players living from this sport,” he told reporters at the Miami Open.

Novak Djokovic career earnings

As mentioned, Djokovic has almost $200,000,000 in total prize money.

The Geneva Open is a lower level, Masters 250 tournament. The Serbian won $101,030 for taking the title.

The French Open offers around $2.8 million for first place. If he was to win, Djokovic would clinch his 25th Grand Slam, the most by any tennis player man or woman.

Outside of being a brand ambassador, Djokovic has dozens of other sponsorships.

He recently posted about his partnership with AquaQ12, a hydration enhancer, on his Instagram.

Novak Djokovic’s social media following

On ‘X’ Djokovic has 9.7 million followers. He posted a celebration of his 100th title on the social media platform with an interpolation of his signature ‘idemo’ which means ‘let’s go’ in Serbian.
