NFL Week 17 coverage map: Full TV schedule for CBS, Fox regional broadcasts

The final week of NFL football in 2024 is here. 

There are just two weeks of regular-season play remaining in the league, and this Sunday’s Week 17 schedule features an incredibly light slate. Between two Christmas games, a “Thursday Night Football” contest, and three matchups on Saturday, 12 teams have already wrapped up action before the 1 p.m. ET games kicks off on Sunday. 

However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t exciting action on deck for today. There are still playoff spots up for grabs for contenders, and draft positions to be improved for those already getting set for next year.

In the Week 17 early afternoon schedule, the highlight is an NFC East clash between the Cowboys (7-8) and the Eagles (12-3). Philadelphia has another chance to wrap up the division this week, just needing a win in order to secure an NFC East title. 

Elsewhere, the Buccaneers (8-7) take on the Panthers (4-11) in NFC South action. Tampa Bay fell out of first place in the division following last week’s loss to Dallas, and Baker Mayfield and Co. must take care of business in Week 17 to keep their postseason chances alive. 

Two other divisional battles set to take place are the Jets (4-11) and Bills (12-3) in an AFC East showdown, as well as the Titans (3-12) and the Jaguars (3-12) in AFC South action. 

The late afternoon schedule is headlined by a pivotal NFC North matchup, as the Vikings (13-2) host the Packers (11-4). If Minnesota wants to keep its chances of a division title and the No. 1 seed in the NFC alive, it must defeat Green Bay this week. 

In addition to Vikings-Packers, the Dolphins and Browns contest is the only other matchup in the late afternoon window.

Packers at Vikings is the only late afternoon game on Fox. It will be nationally broadcasted. 

TV schedule for NFL Week 17 games

Below are the Sunday afternoon games that will be broadcast regionally by CBS and Fox.

CBS coverage

• Titans at Jaguars (1 p.m. ET)
• Dolphins at Browns (4:25 p.m. ET)

Fox coverage

• Raiders at Saints (1 p.m. ET)

• Cowboys at Eagles (1 p.m. ET)
• Packers at Vikings (4:05 p.m. ET)

A total of nine games will be played during the 17th Sunday afternoon slate of the NFL’s regular season.

The slate is preceded by two games on Christmas — Chiefs at Steelers and Ravens at Texans — as well as Thursday Night Football” which is between the Seahawks and the Bears.  There are also three games set for Saturday, including Chargers at Patriots, Broncos at Bengals, and Cardinals at Rams.

The games will be followed by a “Sunday Night Football” clash between the Falcons and the Commanders. 

The NFL has one “Monday Night Football” contest in Week 17, which will be the 49ers hosting the Lions in NFC action.
