NFL stat proves Philadelphia Eagles are elite when Jalen Hurts throws the ball often

The wild conversations about where Jalen Hurts ranks amongst NFL quarterbacks continues to rage on, and Philadelphia Eagles fans should be furious about the disrespect.

Even the recent ESPN article ranking the Eagles star ninth in the league still feels way too low for a player that just helped deliver his team their second Super Bowl in franchise history.

Critics continue to suggest that Hurts is only a product of Nick Sirianni’s system and that he’s surrounded by too much talent to carry the team, however, one key stat should prove that the former Alabama and Oklahoma signal caller is a more-than-capable passer.

Hurts has appeared in 30 games during his career thus far where he’s been tasked with throwing 30 or more passes, and that’s resulted in Philly winning 21 of those matchups.

Meanwhile, quarterbacks that continue to get more love than Hurts, such as Josh Allen, Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson, all have a worse winning percentage in the same games and only Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes has been better with his 66 wins.

No matter what critics keep on spewing about Hurts, he’s a Super Bowl champion and easily one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.
