NBA Playoffs Player Props: 3 Picks for May 11 Games

For two NBA Playoff teams, Sunday is going to be super.

In the East, you’ve got Cleveland trying to regain home court advantage with a win over Indiana in Game 4, which would even up the series 2-2.

That’s the same hope the Thunder has out West, trying to stop Denver’s 2-game win streak and bring it back to OKC knotted up.

Of course, Indy and Denver would love nothing more than a win and three shots to close out the top seed in their respective conference.

With Round 2 about to really take shape, check out our NBA Player props for Sunday, and get those bets in!

NBA Player Prop Picks for May 11

Donovan Mitchell Over 30.5 points (-115 at Bet365)

Donovan Mitchell is an absolute wrecking ball in Round 2. He is averaging an absurd 41.3 points per game after dropping 43 in Game 3, his second straight game of 43+.

Indiana has no answers for him, and how high are the books supposed to go?

Mitchell is shooting just 22.6% from 3-point range in this series, but he’s getting to the stripe, averaging nearly 15 three throw attempts per game while shooting 47.3% from the field.

Even with the return of starters Darius Garland and Evan Mobley, Mitchell has emerged as the go-to guy in a Cleveland offense that was very egalitarian in the regular season.

For at least another 48 minutes, it will be about Mitchell putting his stamp on the game.

Michael Porter Jr Over 2.5 3-point makes (+155 at Bet365)

Michael Porter Jr put together his best game of Round 2 in Game 3, helping offset a rough shooting game by Nikola Jokic with 21 big points, mostly from a crisp 5-for-8 night from three-point range.

The books lifted his 3-point total to 2.5, but don’t shy away from this bet. Porter Jr has been consistently drilling from Ball Arena, going three straight games with at least three 3-point makes.

In his last three home games, he’s gone 11-for-19 from distance, a healthy 57.9% clip.OKC has allowed Denver to shoot 37.6% from 3-point range in the playoffs, a big jump from the 30.3% they allowed them to shoot at home in the regular season.

Look for Porter Jr to take advantage again.

Russell Westbrook Over 10.5 points (-130 at Bet365)

After last game where he posted eight points in a win, the books have reverted back to their disrespect for Russell Westbrook, which is a perfect time for you to pounce.

Westbrook posted his worst shooting performance since Game 1 in Round 1, going 3-for-8 from the field, a 37.5% clip, with eight points and four assists.

It’s the first time all playoffs he’s been held to single-digit scoring – and we’re not counting the game where he injured his foot in Game 2 vs Houston, limiting him to just nine minutes of play and three points.

Other than his output, nothing changes: Denver still needs him to provide a spark when he checks into the game. They still need him to make open shots for the defense to stay honest.

They also need him to carry these bench units, especially when Jokic takes a breather.

The 10.5 point line is for a guy who averaged 13.3 points in the 75 games he played in the regular season.
