NASCAR wife Tara Allmendinger enjoys early-morning play time with her baby boy Aero

When you are a mother and have to entertain a wide-awake baby on a Sunday morning in Las Vegas, what do you do? If you are NASCAR driver wife Tara Allmendinger, then you grab a hot coffee and get busy.

Allmendinger, whose husband, NASCAR driver AJ Allmendinger, was taking part in Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Pennzoil 400 race at Las Vegas Speedway, got an early start. Their baby boy Aero had no clue they were on West Coast time. Nope, Aero was dialed in on East Coast time.

Guess what happened? Aero woke up and, well, that led Tara to crawl out of bed and get an early start on her Sunday.

On her Instagram post, Tara Allmendinger wrote, in part, “Vegas may never sleep, but my toddler sure does—at East Coast time. ⏰ Aero’s been up since 5 AM (aka 8 AM EST), so I’ve basically lived an entire other life before breakfast. Who needs casinos when you have a toddler ready to roll before sunrise?”

AJ finished sixth in the Las Vegas race as he looks to win a Cup Series title. But the mom trophy just might go to Tara for having too much fun with Aero. From coffee to window shopping and some other funny moments, Mom and baby were enjoying some early-morning quality time.

After all, it’s Vegas, baby Aero, Vegas.
