Brady House is here.
And the Washington Nationals are hoping he feels right at home very quickly in the big leagues.
His promotion was made official on Monday, a few hours before his MLB debut at home against the Colorado Rockies.
House’s promotion is exciting news in the nation’s capital, and there’s plenty to know:
Who is Brady House?
Brady House is a 6-foot-4 third baseman who is the newest member of the Washington Nationals, making his MLB debut on June 16.
He was the No. 11 overall pick in 2021 out of high school in Georgia.

Brady House stats
Brady House has been raking at Triple-A Rochester in 2025. He had a 15-game hitting streak before his promotion.
Upon his promotion, he was batting .304 with 15 doubles, 13 homers and 41 RBI. He had an .873 OPS.
In House’s minor league career, he’s a .280 hitter with 51 homers (.453 slugging).
Brady House scouting report
MLB Pipeline gives House five average or above-average skills.
On the 20-to-80 scouting scale, with 50 being average, they give House 60 power, 60 arm, 55 hit, 50 run and 50 field for an overall 55.
“When everything’s right, House uses every bit of his 6-foot-4 frame to generate good bat speed and plus raw power from the right side,” MLB Pipeline writes.
Ryan Zimmerman is a Nats legend, so we won’t be comparing House to him, but he could be the next big-time third baseman in D.C.
