Marc-Andre Fleury has already said this is the final season of his NHL career.
That means fans of the long-time Penguins and Golden Knights goaltender have been on high alert for what might be his last time on the ice.
On Tuesday night, with the Minnesota Wild going to overtime, they subbed in the 40-year old goalkeeper to conclude their final game of the season, one way or the other.
Fleury made five saves in the extra period, which allowed Matt Boldy to fire home the game winner with only 18 seconds left in OT.
It was a fitting send-off for Fleury.

The Quebec native was once the No. 1 overall pick by the Pittsburgh Penguins back in 2003.
Pittsburgh won three Stanley Cup championships when Fleury was the primary goaltender.
This season, Fleury didn’t play a ton, but he went 13-9-1 with an 89.8 save percentage.
In his career, Fleury is 574-339-97 with a 2.60 goals-against average and a 91.2 save percentage.
He may not have ever been the best goalie in the league, but in a tenure that spanned Pittsburgh, Las Vegas, Chicago and Minnesota, Fleury proved a constant beacon of consistency.
If this is indeed it for that legendary career, at least Fleury did it stopping a few more shots and being mobbed by his teammates after the game-winner.
