Tottenham remain saddled with an outlandish injury list as they look to maintain a surprise 1-0 aggregate lead over Liverpool in the Carabao Cup semifinals.
Spurs have been weighted down heavily by an absurdly lengthy list of unavailable players, which only increased further before this match.
Liverpool, meanwhile, have benefitted from exceptional health and fitness this season, with their thin number of concerns allowing Arne Slot to pick his best squad.

The Reds were beaten by a surprisingly strong Spurs performance in the first leg, with Lucas Bergvall’s 86th-minute winner exactly what Tottenham deserved at home. Now with the task of protecting that lead at Anfield, the visitors will be under siege with a number of players forced to watch from the sidelines.

Liverpool vs. Tottenham lineups, predicted starting 11, team news
The only player Liverpool are without due to injury is Joe Gomez who is still on his way back from a hamstring problem and needs another week or two.
With everyone else fit, it’s been tough for Diogo Jota to find a way into the starting lineup, as the likes of Mohamed Salah, Luis Diaz, and Cody Gakpo have developed a strong relationship up front. Jota could potentially get a start here as Slot hopes to give him time in the rotation.
Liverpool predicted lineup (4-3-3, right to left): Alisson (GK) — Bradley, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson — Gravenberch, Szoboszlai, Mac Allister — Salah, Jota, Gakpo
Injured: Gomez (hamstring)

The latest addition to Tottenham’s incredible injury list is Radu Dragusin who tore his ACL in the 3-0 Europa League win over Elfsborg last week. Spurs will thankfully have Micky van de Ven in his place at the back, as the Dutch defender was rested for the 2-0 win over Brentford on the weekend.
Ange Postecoglou indicated he is hoping to have a slew of reinforcements en route over the next two weeks. Guglielmo Vicario, Brennan Johnson, Destiny Udogie, and Timo Werner are all thought to be returning soon, but not in time for this cup game.
Cristian Romero remains “week-to-week” according to Postecoglou, while James Maddison and Dominic Solanke are others who need a few more weeks. Mathys Tel will be available to make his debut if his documentation is processed in time.
Tottenham predicted lineup (4-3-3, right to left): Kinsky (GK) — Porro, Van de Ven, Gray, Spence — Sarr, Bentancur, Bissouma — Kulusevski, Richarlison, Son
Injured: Dragusin (ACL), Romero (muscle), Maddison (calf), Johnson (thigh), Udogie (hamstring), Solanke (knee), Werner (hamstring), Vicario (ankle)
