Leeds United have completed another signing in this summer’s transfer window, taking the club’s tally to nine new arrivals.
Noah Okafor is the latest to join Daniel Farke’s side as his move from AC Milan was officially confirmed on Thursday (August 21) after a breakthrough in negotiations earlier this week.
The forward’s switch to the Premier League club is worth £18m and he has signed a four-year contract at Elland Road.

The 25-year-old is a Switzerland international and will be hoping to rejuvenate his career in West Yorkshire as his career recently stalled in Italy.
He featured in just four games while on loan at Napoli during the second half of last season, after failing to break into Milan’s team.
The player may already have some familiarity with his new teammates as he featured for Milan in a pre-season match against Leeds a few weeks ago.

Okafor’s reaction to his £18m transfer
Okafor could not hide his delight at securing a move to Leeds once everything was made official.
“I think it’s an amazing day, I’m really excited,” he told LUTV. “As a kid, I dreamed of playing in the Premier League. That’s why for me it was quite an easy decision.”
“I heard that the Premier League is the best league in the world, it’s so intense. I have loads of friends that played there or are playing there,” he added.

Okafor becomes the third attacker to join Leeds this summer after the arrivals of Lukas Nmecha and Dominic Calvert-Lewin on free transfers.
Farke will be hoping that he now has the required strength in the forward positions to ensure last season’s Championship winners can remain in the Premier League.
After winning their opening Premier League fixture of the season against Everton at Elland Road, Leeds face a trip to Arsenal on Saturday (August 23).
