The Los Angeles Lakers, who agreed to participate in a record-setting seven-team trade not too long after poaching Luka Doncic from the Dallas Mavericks, finalized the deal on Sunday.
ESPN’s Shams Charania discussed the trade on social media on Sunday afternoon.
“PHX (Phoenix Suns): Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks, Khaman Maluach, Rasheer, Fleming, Koby Brea, Daeqwon Plowden, and a second-round pick,” Charania wrote on X/Twitter.
“Hou (Houston Rockets): Kevin Durant and Clint Capela. BKN (Brooklyn Nets) two second-round picks.” GSW (Warriors): Alex Toohey and Jahmai Mashack. ATL (Atlanta Hawks): second-round pick swap, David Roddy, and cash considerations.”
“LAL (Los Angeles Lakers): Adou Thiero. MIN (Minnesota Timberwolves): Rocco Zikarsky, two second-round picks, and cash considerations.”
Thiero is an asset that many Lakers fans are thrilled to support in Los Angeles. The 6-foot-8 rookie could provide the Lakers with the wing firepower they need off the bench.

Thiero played two seasons at Kentucky before electing to transfer to Arkansas during the 2024 offseason.
The forceful and athletic two-way weapon was a star for the Razorbacks as a Junior, averaging 15.1 points and 5.8 rebounds per game while shooting 54.5% from the field.
The second-round pick must work toward improving his perimeter jumper in the big leagues (he shot 25.6% from deep last season and 28.4% for his career).
However, from a physical standpoint, Thiero looks the part heading into his first NBA season.
