Jake Paul under contract to buy $42 million Georgia estate

Jake Paul is putting down some roots in Georgia.

The boxer and social media star, 28, is reportedly under contract to purchase a $42 million estate in Decatur, Georgia, according to “TMZ.”

The 5,700-acre piece of property will likely be used as part of one of his growing business ventures.

Sources told the outlet that Jake is unlikely to move into it. However, if he changes his mind, it has everything he could want in a home.

The property features a lodge, a manager’s house, a guest house, a horse barn, a duck pond, a lake, and a 200-foot bluff overlooking Lake Seminole.

It also has plenty of areas for outdoor activities and features jogging paths and several privacy fences.

While the luxury property was listed for $42 million, it’s unclear what “The Problem Child” actually forked out for it.

Jake and his older brother, Logan Paul, 30, are currently living in Puerto Rico.

The brothers grew up in a suburb of Cleveland. However, when they’re not competing or promoting events, they now spend most of their time on the island of enchantment.

Logan moved from Los Angeles to Puerto Rico in 2011, citing high taxes as his reason for leaving California, where he had lived before. His brother later followed him.

Jake made headlines last week when he announced his next fight against WBC middleweight title holder Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

The boxing match will occur at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, on June 28.

In a post shared to Instagram, he explained his decision to fight 39-year-old Chavez Jr.

“Five years ago, I stepped into the ring for my pro debut after 1 amateur fight, and every fight since has been a step towards becoming world champion. I just defeated the baddest man on the planet and broke multiple records, and now I’m going against a former world champion with 54 wins who Canelo could barely beat,” he wrote.

In his last stint in the ring, the 28-year-old defeated boxing legend Mike Tyson, 58.

The highly publicized fight was televised on Netflix in November 2024.

He won the fight by unanimous decision.
