How to watch White Sox games without cable: Full TV schedule, streams for 2024 Opening Day & more

White Sox fans have been yearning to put the team’s 2023 campaign behind them, and the time has finally come. Chicago’s Southside squad, one that put together the franchise’s worst year since 1970 last season, is in for a fresh start in 2024.

New general manager Chris Getz took over baseball operations late last August and aims to make some changes. Among them is improving the Sox defense, which was a sore point last season. Recently, Chicago also traded star pitcher Dylan Cease to the Padres in exchange for a three-prospect, four-player package.

Cease finished second in AL Cy Young award voting in 2022, and losing him makes for a big dent in the current rotation. Nevertheless, there are things for White Sox fans to be excited about as the season dawns.

Luis Robert Jr. was a huge positive coming out of the 2023 season, where he finished with 38 homers and a .857 OPS, mostly coming in the final five months of the season. He enters the 2024 campaign healthy after banging out 10 hits during spring training.

He is among the young core of players the White Sox hope will get the team back in contention, along with the likes of Andrew Vaughn and Eloy Jiménez.

Here’s a complete guide to watching the White Sox this season without cable:

How to watch White Sox games without cable

For those without cable, there are several options to stream White Sox games this year:

If you’re in-market, Fubo carries NBC Sports Chicago, the White Sox RSN, but blackout restrictions apply. If you are within the market for NBC Sports Chicago, you can watch White Sox baseball via Fubo. Those out of market will not be able to watch White Sox games on the streaming service, since Fubo will not carry the out-of-market RSN.

You can also pick a single-team option for $129.99 for the season. Again, this is only if you are outside the White Sox TV market: If you are inside the White Sox market, games will be blacked out. Games will also be blacked out if you live outside the White Sox market, but inside the market of teams the White Sox are visiting.

Fubo is also carrying MLB.tv starting this year, for $29.99 per month on top of the Fubo subscription.
