How many points did Bronny James score last night? LeBron’s son keeps up strong G League stats

Bronny James hadn’t played in an NBA G League game since December, but on Saturday night, he was back on the court with the South Bay Lakers.

He played a strong game, continuing his solid G League production, as the little Lakers topped the Motor City Cruise, 121-103.

It was a better night for son than father, as LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers went to Boston and lost to the Celtics.

How many points did Bronny James score?

Bronny James finished with a solid 16-point night in the South Bay Lakers’ win over the Motor City Cruise on Saturday, March 8.

Bronny shot 5-for-9 from the field, including 2-for-5 from 3-point range. He also made both his free throws.

Away from scoring, Bronny James dished out six assists and grabbed five rebounds. He did balance that out negatively by turning the ball over five times.

The South Bay Lakers were led in scoring by 24 points apiece from former Iowa State standout Solomon Young and former Coppin State star Jhonathan Dunn.

Bronny James has now played eight games in the G League this season. 

For the year, he’s averaging 21.1 points per game to go with 5.4 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game.

Bronny has shot it at 44.5 percent from the field.
