The Philadelphia Eagles’ tush-push play is the most unstoppable in the NFL.
But what if, just maybe, there was someone out there who could stop it?
If there’s anyone on the planet who can, it might be Florida’s Desmond Watson, a 464-pound NFL Draft prospect.
Watson wasn’t invited to the NFL Combine, but he did more bench press reps at Florida’s Pro Day than anyone did at the Combine.
In a story by The Athletic on Wednesday, Watson was dubbed the “Tush Push Terminator.”
He wants that smoke.
“I’m ready for it,” Watson told The Athletic. “I am one of the best run-stoppers out there, and it’s not just because of what I am packing. There is some technique there, too.”

Watson is an incredible athlete for his size. At that Pro Day, he also ran the 40-yard dash in 5.93 seconds and vertical jumped 25 inches.
Watson told The Athletic that some NFL teams have given him a target weight, and he’s trying to drop just a bit.
The heaviest drafted players in NFL history were only 380 pounds, so Watson can smash that scale.
He’d also become the heaviest player in NFL history if he takes the field in a regular season game.
“He’s a unicorn,” Florida coach Billy Napier told reporters at the team’s pro day. “You’ll go the rest of your career, and you’ll never be around a guy that’s that stature.”
Let’s get him on a team in the NFC East and try to stop the Brotherly Shove once and for all.
