Tyreek Hill ended last season with the words “I’m out.”
Now, the Miami Dolphins star wide receiver is trying to prove that he’s still all in.
Hill has spent the offseason embroiled in trade rumors, somewhat of his own doing. He’s been very free-wheeling with the peace sign on social media, leading some to think he’s saying peace out to the Dolphins.
The speedster still has two years remaining on a three-year, $90 million contract in Miami.
On Wednesday, Hill addressed the media and shared his hopes for the upcoming season.
“Every day I’m trying to prove myself as one of those guys this team can depend on in crucial moments,” Hill said. “It was tough. Emotions were high (at the end of the season). At the end of the day, I’m just looking to move forward from that. Hoping that I can prove myself and prove to my teammates that I’m still one of those ones.”

The Dolphins certainly need Hill to be “one of those ones.”
They can only reach their ceiling if Hill, Jaylen Waddle and Tua Tagovailoa all stay healthy to form a strong passing attack.
Hill failed to top 1,000 yards last season for the first time in five years, and he struggled immensely when Tagovailoa missed time with injury.
Even on the wrong side of 30, Hill has game-changing speed.
Many teams would probably line up to trade for Hill if he was available.
But for now, Dolphins fans can exhale. It sounds like Hill is content with staying put and trying to prove he still belongs in the conversation of the NFL’s elite receivers.
