It’s coming down to the wire. With an action-packed Wild Card Weekend in the books, the divisional round will bring us a heated matchup between the Chiefs and Texans.

No. 4-seeded Houston (10-7) punched its ticket to the divisional round with a dominant 32-12 win over Justin Herbert and the Chargers Saturday. Despite hitting a bit of a sophomore slump in the regular season, C.J. Stroud did not hold back against L.A. The quarterback finished 22-of-33 for 282 yards, a touchdown, and 42 more yards on the ground.
Stroud, along with a red-hot Texans defense that tallied four interceptions, outscored the Chargers 22-6 after halftime and didn’t look back.
Meanwhile, the Chiefs (15-2) have been enjoying a bye and waiting patiently for their next opponent. Sitting at the No. 1 seed, Kansas City was able to skip out on Wild Card madness and head straight to the divisional round.
