Carolina Panthers cornerback Jaycee Horn is starting to establish himself as one of the best young cornerbacks in the NFL, being named to the Pro Bowl for the first time in his career last season.
The former 8th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft is one of the brightest young players on the Panthers defense, and now he’s looking to put himself among the elite cornerbacks in the league. Speaking to NFL media personality Kay Adams at training camp, Horn said while he’s happy to have made the Pro Bowl last year, he wants to become an All-Pro selection this season.

“I think I had a solid year last year. I feel like I still left a few plays out there, but definitely honored to make my first Pro Bowl. I’m trying to go All-Pro and keep getting better each and every year. I think I got more room to grow.”
In what was the biggest season of his career thus far, Horn totaled 68 combined tackles, 13 passes defended, two sacks, and one interception. If Horn can improve on those numbers not only will the Panthers defense improve, but he’ll have a real case to become an All-Pro this season.
