Caribbean Series championship game 2025 TV channel, time, live stream to watch Mexico vs. Dominican Republic

Mexico vies to finish the 2025 Caribbean Series with an unblemished record as it battles powerhouse Dominican Republic in the championship game on Friday night.

Charros de Jalisco (Mexico) won all four of its round-robin games before defeating Puerto Rico in Wednesday’s semifinal bout. The host nation is outscoring the opposition 22-5 across five games.

Leones del Escogido (Dominican Republic), led by manager Albert Pujols, earned its spot in the championship game with an extra-inning semifinal victory over Venezuela.

It’s the sixth straight year that a team from the Dominican Republic has advanced to the finals, with its representative winning three of the last five titles. A team from Mexico most recently won the Caribbean Series in 2016.

When the two teams met in the round-robin stage on Sunday, Mexico secured a 2-0 win via a three-hit shutout.
