Saul Canelo Alvarez (63-2-2, 39 KOs) will defend his undisputed super-middleweight championship to Terence Crawford (41-0, 31 KOs) on Saturday, September 13, in Las Vegas, live on Netflix.
A three-city press tour will kick off the Riyadh Season event on Friday, June 20 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; then in New York on Sunday, June 22 at Fanatics Fest; ending on Friday, June 27 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The super-fight streaming live on Netflix, has the potential to reach up to 300 million subscribers. When Netflix live-streamed the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson fight last November, the main event received up to 108 million viewers.
Canelo-Crawford has been titled, “The One”, because the winner will certainly become the pound-for-pound #1 star in boxing. The fight poster and event name is the same as when Alvarez faced Floyd Mayweather in 2013.
