Caleb Williams watched the Chicago Bears lose on a Hail Mary against the Washington Commanders last season.
A year later, his team was the one who came away with a last-second victory. The Bears trailed by eight points in the fourth quarter before a 55-yard touchdown from Williams to D’Andre Swift; a Jayden Daniels fumble gave the Bears the ball back and a nine-play game-winning drive led by Williams ended in a Jake Moody field goal as time expired.
Williams’ lone touchdown was to Swift, who had a big day for Chicago as the Bears advanced to 3-2. Chicago has won three straight games and the quarterback has taken a leap forward in year two with the Bears.

Williams has 762 yards, six passing touchdowns and one interception over Chicago’s three-game win streak.

Williams continued his strong start to his sophomore campaign in the NFL. The Bears have scored over 20 points in all five of their games this season.
The quarterback had a coming out performance against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3, where he threw for four touchdowns.
