Who doesn’t love a good jersey design?
Some prefer the standard classic jerseys that teams have worn for years, but the NBA has gotten creative over the years, and teams now have a rotation of several jerseys with different designs that they wear each season.
Some designs carry over from season to season, as they become a staple of the franchise.
That was the case for the Bucks with one of their jersey designs, but after an issue arose, they were banned and discontinued.
Banned Bucks jerseys could be making a return
On Thursday, the Bucks’ social media team posted a video teasing the return of this jersey that was and still is a fan favorite.
That design is called ‘Cream City.’
It was in the regular rotation for games just a few years ago, but was banned after the colors of the jersey caused issues with the visual appearance of the game.
What seemed like the end of an era really might have just been a short break.

The Bucks are bringing anticipation back, as the video they posted shows tweets from fans online, begging for the jersey design to return.
The post was captioned ‘We heard you’, and the video ended with a white screen with the word ‘Tomorrow.’
From what it sounds like, the jersey will be back with a preview of the new design or some sort of reveal on Friday.
There’s a good chance it may have been slightly altered to meet the standards that it previously failed to comply with, but either way, fans seem excited.
