Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo makes Caitlin Clark announcement

Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark recently missed five games due to an injury.

Clark, arguably the best player in the WNBA at 23 years old, was missed around the league. Fans love her, and rightfully so, as she showed exactly why on Saturday as the Fever took down the undefeated New York Liberty in a 102-88 victory.

Clark was incredible once again, dropping 32 points in just 31 minutes, adding eight rebounds and nine assists.

She went 11-20 from the field and 7-14 from 3-point range, showing why she’s arguably the best player in the world.

She’s averaging 19 points, six rebounds, 9.3 assists, and 1.3 steals. Making history multiple times already throughout her young career, Clark has the opportunity to be one of the best to ever lace them up in the WNBA.

She’s drawn plenty of attention to her game throughout the past few years, including from NBA stars. The latest one to acknowledge her was Milwaukee Bucks MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, who commented on an Instagram post of Clark, sending a two-word message to the star.

“She’s tough,” Antetokounmpo said in a comment.

Antetokounmpo doesn’t always show love to other players, but this is a sign of Clark’s greatness.

For Antetokounmpo, who recently lost two of the Indiana Pacers in the first round of the NBA Playoffs, when Clark was sitting courtside for multiple games, it’s good that he still has a ton of respect for what she does on and off the court.

The Iowa product will look to continue this hot stretch as the Fever needs to turn things around at 5-5.
