The Denver Broncos are 8-5 and are beginning to zero in on their first playoff berth since the 2015 season. Hut, regardless of how this season finishes up, adding more weapons to the offense for Bo Nix to continue his ascent in 2025 should be a top priority.
Kyle Crabbs of The 33rd Team recognizes that fact and in his most recent mock draft, he has the Broncos taking a player who has been mocked to them several times already… Texas wide receiver Isaiah Bond.
Crabb had the following to say of his choice:
“The Broncos are enjoying a resurgence under Sean Payton and rookie QB Bo Nix — who has played tremendous football over the course of the last two months. But for the Broncos to keep up with the powerhouses of the AFC conference, they feel like a team that needs more firepower in their skill group.
They’re in luck with Texas WR Isaiah Bond, who can win (at) all levels of the field and creates massive separation on his routes. He should be a much more productive pro than he has been between Alabama and Texas.”
Bond may be the fastest wide receiver in the 2025 draft class and if you have yet to see him play, you can get the chance when the college football playoffs kick off. The Longhorns are scheduled to take on Clemson in the first round of those playoffs.
Bond could be a key component in a deep Texas playoff run.
Broncos will be connected to Isaiah Bond in 2025 NFL Draft
The Broncos have been sitting in the mid 20 range of the first round for several weeks and unless they make a run toward the Super Bowl, that is where they will be picking in the first round next April.
Sometimes it just looks so easy for Isaiah Bond. Speed catches the corner and he’s gone.

Bond will be a player connected to many teams in that range as he has a first-round grade, mainly because of his blazing speed.
Bond was born in Georgia and was both a football and track star while in high school. He began his college playing career at Alabama before transferring to Texas ahead of this season. He has 33 catches this year and has found the end zone five times. At just 20 years old, he needs to refine his game before he can become truly effective at the professional level, but his potential ceiling makes him a desirable player to acquire.
