The Buffalo Bills want to finally win a Super Bowl.
Clearly, so does superstar quarterback Josh Allen.
If it happens, though, there’s one shocking layer to the whole picture.
Most quarterback contracts include some kind of bonus incentive for winning the Super Bowl.
But if Allen wins the Super Bowl (while playing 60% of snaps in the season), he’ll earn just an additional $500,000, according to Spotrac.
For comparison’s sake: If Kirk Cousins took over as the Falcons starter and led them to the Super Bowl, he’d make $8 million.

Clearly, Allen is well compensated in his nine-figure base contract. He doesn’t need the bonus.
It’s just an ironically small total.
Something tells us that if Allen wins the Super Bowl, he’ll be plenty happy without thinking about the incentive at all.
