Las Vegas Raiders first-round pick Ashton Jeanty is entering the NFL with more hype than any running back since Saquon Barkley, but that wasn’t enough to put him at the top of the list of rookie jersey sales in the wake of the 2025 NFL draft. Shedeur Sanders was one of the three players to land ahead of him.
According to Shanna McCarriston of CBS Sports, Jeanty landed fourth on the list of the top rookie jersey-sellers, with Sanders ending up one spot ahead of him at No. 3.
Rounding out the top five were Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter (No. 1), Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward (No. 2), and Carolina Panthers wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan (No. 5).
In the entire top 10, Sanders was the only player to not be drafted in the first round of this year’s event. That’s not entirely surprising, however, as Sanders was the talk of the NFL draft thanks to his legendary draft slide that saw him go in the fifth round to the Cleveland Browns when may expected him to be a first-round pick.

With all the hoopla of the 2025 NFL draft behind us (unless you’re Shedeur Sanders), it’s now time for Jeanty to get to work.
The new Raiders running back is expected to have a massive role in his first season after being drafted so high, and with Las Vegas not having much else behind him.
Competing for what should be scraps behind Jeanty are veteran Raheem Mostert, who was signed in free agency, and 2024 end-of-year standout, Sincere McCormick.
