Seattle Seahawks offensive lineman Abraham Lucas looks to be in phenomenal shape ahead of his fourth season in the NFL.
Lucas is facing a crucial campaign for his career. The former third-round pick, who is entering a contract year and is slated to start at right tackle, has had issues staying healthy the past two seasons.
He also struggled when on the field in 2024, surrendering four sacks and 18 pressures in just 257 pass-block snaps over seven contests, according to Pro Football Focus.
Entering 2025, it’s clear that Lucas is NOT messing around. Via Instagram, he showed off his new physique, which makes it clear he’s been hard at work this offseason.
Lucas says he’s at 325 pounds, but that looks to be more muscle than anything else. The 6-foot-6 Washington State product looks very lean.

The photo of the Seahawks right tackle drew mixed reactions from fans.
“Wow, that looks way too small to stop a bull rush,” one fan wrote. “Is he under 300 pounds?”
“Bro looks fantastic,” another fan said. “What if this is finally the year we get a good o-line?”
Lucas is one half of a tackle tandem that also includes Charles Cross, who had his fifth-year option picked up and is likely to garner an extension at some point.
That could limit Seattle’s ability to keep Lucas, even if he has a bounce-back year in 2025. However, the Washington native will garner plenty of interest on the open market if he can stay healthy and play at a high level.
