NASCAR roll into Michigan this weekend and will take over the Michigan International Speedway. To cap off a weekend of racing, the Cup Series will run the 2025 FireKeepers Casino 400. The green flag is set to drop at 2 p.m. ET, and this race will air on Amazon Prime.
We are smack dab in the middle of the race season, and the Cup Series is coming off the 2025 Cracker Barrel 400 which Ryan Blaney won. At this point in the year, William Byron sits atop the point standings and is followed by Kyle Larson, Christopher Bell and Denny Hamlin.
The Michigan International Speedway is a two-mile track, so the drivers will complete 200 total laps. The first stage will be 45 laps, the second 75 and the final stage is scheduled to be 80 laps, barring overtime. Last year, Hamlin earned the pole position, but it was Tyler Reddick who went on to win the race. They completed 51 laps on Sunday, but rain delayed the finish until Monday. This year’s FireKeepers Casino 400 will lead into the Viva Mexico 250 in Mexico City as the Cup Series goes international next week. Before then, though, we have the 56th running of the FireKeepers Casino 400.
