The PGA Tour makes its annual stop north of the border this week for the RBC Canadian Open, one of the oldest tournaments outside the majors on the circuit.
Rory McIlroy is set to tee it up for the first time since the PGA Championship as the 2025 edition gets underway Thursday at TPC Toronto. The World No. 2, a two-time champion at his event, will be looking to knock into form ahead of the third major of the season, the U.S. Open.
The Osprey Valley layout will make its tournament debut, becoming the eighth different course to host the Canadian Open since 1977, and notably, the second new venue in the last three years.
A strong Canadian contingent will be in the mix, eager to replicate Nick Taylor’s unforgettable triumph in 2023. His dramatic eagle in the playoff, and the immediate putter drop that followed, has become a defining moment in tournament lore, now even enshrined in the event’s logo.
Here is everything you need to know about The RBC Canadian Open including TV and streaming options for each day of the tournament.
