Pascal Siakam stats tonight: Pacers forward sets playoff career high in Game 2 win vs. Knicks

After a solid but unspectacular Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, Pascal Siakam came to play in Game 2.

The forward helped lead the Pacers out to an early 10-point lead as the primary scorer for Indiana in the first half. While the Knicks came back to take the lead before the break, Siakam continued his strong play to keep pace with New York, then helped take over late in Indiana’s 114-109 Game 2 win.

Siakam surpassed his entire Game 1 total in the first 14 minutes of Game 2, but the Pacers entered halftime trailing the Knicks 52-49. Siakam kept up his strong play in the third, prompting Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau to say the team needed to hone in on stopping him in the fourth quarter.

Ultimately, it wasn’t enough, as Siakam and the Pacers are taking a 2-0 series lead with them back to Indiana. Here’s more on the forward’s dominating performance.
