The NASCAR Cup Series roars into Talladega, Alabama, this weekend for the high-speed showdown at the Jack Link’s 500.
The 2.667-mile oval of Talladega Superspeedway is not only the longest circuits in NASCAR, but it is also known to throw up dramatic, high-speed races. A frantic final stretch in last season’s race saw multiple car crashes. However, Tyler Reddick survived the chaos to clinch his first win of the season.
The Jack Links 500 is the first of the two races in 2025 to take place in Talladega – NASCAR will return to the venue in October.
While William Byron currently leads the driver standings, Kyle Larson, who picked up a win in Bristol, has the momentum heading into this weekend’s race.
