NFL Draft trades tracker 2025: Full details on every deal to move up, down in Rounds 1-3

The 2025 NFL Draft will begin on Thursday, April 24, with the first round, followed by the second and third rounds on Friday, April 25. This year’s draft is already making history, and it isn’t through its first day.

With no first-round draft picks being traded, this is the first time in the Common Draft era that each team owns its own first-round draft pick heading into the first round, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. This adds to the wonders of this draft class. It feels like the top players in the class are very thin, with only two or three real game-changers.

The No. 1 overall pick is expected to be quarterback Cam Ward out of Miami, and Schefter adds that at least one GM believes that no QB in this class would be in the top-six of quarterbacks in the 2024 class. This doesn’t mean too much, as six quarterbacks were selected in the first round of last year’s draft, so the report is just that at least one GM believes none of this year’s quarterbacks are worth first-round draft capital.

The Browns and the Giants are fielding calls for the second and third picks in the draft. Yes, moving back could help them build more draft capital for the future. Another way to view this is that two of the worst teams from last season don’t see a difference maker at the top of the class that will help turn their franchises around. All of this to say, we could be in for an absolutely bonkers draft when it comes to the draft. It feels like there is an equal chance that no trades happen or that the draft order right now doesn’t look a thing like what we see this weekend.

With that in mind, here is a tracker of all the trades from the first three rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft.
