The 2025 Valero Texas Open, the second of the two events in the Lone Star State, is set to unfold TPC San Antonio from Thursday, April 3.
With a lucrative $9.5 million purse up for grabs, the champion will walk away with a hefty $1.71 million payday and secure 500 valuable FedEx Cup points.
Last year’s tournament saw Akshay Bhatia emerge victorious in dramatic fashion, edging out Denny McCarthy in a playoff to capture his second PGA Tour title.
Now ranked No. 21 in the world, Bhatia is back to defend his crown against a stellar lineup that includes Jordan Spieth, World No 5 Ludvig Åberg, World No 6 Hideki Matsuyama and Collin Morikawa.
