The Pacers exploded offensively on Thursday, as Indiana defeated the Wizards 162-109.
Indiana had eight players score double-digit points, but only Tyrese Haliburton surpassed 20 points, as he finished with 29. Additionally, 11 different Pacers made at least one three-point attempt on the night.
In the process, Indiana made 27 three-pointers, which threatened the NBA record for most threes made in a single game. Besides that, the 53-point blowout was big enough to at least approach the biggest blowouts in league history.

Earlier this year, the Celtics tied the record for most threes in a game, but they couldn’t get that elusive 30th three-pointer to fall.
With shooting from deep only becoming popular more recently, the list of most threes by a team all time is full of recent entries. The Pacers are now tied for fifth all-time with 10 other teams after making 27 threes.
