Happy belated birthday to Clippers center Ivica Zubac, who sure knew how to celebrate.
Zubac turned 28 on Tuesday, and he put on a historic performance in Los Angeles’ win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The 7-footer finished the game with an absurd 28 points and 20 rebounds. He shot 13-for-18 from the floor.
Zubac is the first NBA player in more than 50 years to put up a stat line like that on his birthday.

The last guy to have a 20-20 game with 70 percent shooting on his birthday? Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who was then Lew Alcindor, for the Milwaukee Bucks on April 16, 1971.
Zubac was part of a massive Clippers effort that led to an impressive win over the Eastern Conference-leading Cavs.
Kawhi Leonard put up 33 points, including hit 5-of-6 from 3-point land.
James Harden was 10-of-11 at the foul line to score 22 while dishing out nine assists.
And Zubac got to leave the arena in great spirits after what certainly must’ve been one of his best birthdays.
