Kansas City is still holding strong at 14-1 after grabbing another win against the Texans Saturday, 27-19. Even with Mahomes’ questionable injury status, the QB showed out and threw for 260 yards and a touchdown, also tacking on a rushing score of his own.
The Chiefs have still yet to score more than 30 points in a game this season, putting them in company with the Giants, Raiders and Patriots, despite leading the AFC West.
The Steelers are recovering from a tough loss to their divisional rival Ravens, 34-17. With that, Pittsburgh and Baltimore are now tied at the top of the AFC North at 10-5 each. This matchup with Kansas City will be pivotal in deciding the Steelers’ postseason standing.
