Former Real Madrid star Isco has issued a not-so-subtle message to Dani Ceballos over potentially joining him at Real Betis in 2025.
Ceballos finds himself at a career crossroads ahead of the January transfer window with his role at Los Blancos consistently reduced.
The Spain international has been regularly linked with a move away from Madrid in the last 12 months as he aims for a first-team role.

Dani Ceballos transfer latest
Real Betis are reportedly considering a January offer for Ceballos, in a move to bring him back to the club where he rose through the academy, before joining Real Madrid in 2017.
Iscos’s own career in Madrid ended in 2022, as he opted to return to his native Andalucia with an ill-fated stint at Sevilla, before joining Real Betis in 2023.
His career has been revived by Manuel Pellegrini, with only injury forcing him to miss out on Spain’s UEFA Euro 2024 winning squad, and he is keen on a reunion with Ceballos.
“Let’s see if he comes here soon, he’s making himself loved, the b*****d.,” he joked after the weekend draw with Rayo Vallecano.
Real Madrid are open to a sale, but Carlo Ancelotti could possibly block a transfer deal, due to an ongoing injury crisis in his squad.
Ceballos’ current contract expires in 2027 with Real Madrid likely to demand a transfer fee of around £10m ($12.5m).
